Madam Aesthethicc's Commission Info.

By Commissioning me for one (or more) of the available art styles, you agree to the following terms of services.

General Information

-I can refuse/deny any commission offer that I am unable to execute or am uncomfortable doing.
-I retain the rights to any commission I do. Use commissions for personal usage (references, icons, backgrounds, etc.)
-(Credit is very much appreciated if posted, but not required)
-My art will NOT be used for NFTs/cryptocurrency/AI-generated relations.
-Visual references, whether with separate images or a full reference page, are greatly encouraged.
-Providing a color palette is optional, but also encouraged.
-Work In Progress (WIPs) will be provided. It will be your job to explain what you do and don't like so changes can occur. Remember that you are BUYING a commission from me, and I want you to be satisfied.
- Dramatic changes (wardrobe changes, pose changes) will result in a fee depending on the time it takes me to implement them in your commission. This rule also goes for backgrounds.
- You will be provided your commission via Google Drive.
-Depending on your slot number and the complexity of your/other commission[s], wait time for the finished product will range from 2 weeks - 4 months max.
- Need a commission done by a certain date? Don't worry! Do make me aware beforehand, and we can figure things out.
-If you could not get a slot and can stay patient for a commission, you will be put on a waitlist for the next commission updates and will be contacted for the next batch of commissions.

Payment

-I will not start your commission until you pay upfront!
-If you don't have enough USD to pay upfront, I will take half the price upfront and the rest can be paid after the sketch is completed.
-A full refund will not be offered once your commission is paid.
-You will get an 85% refund if you wish to cancel your commission before the process starts.
-In the case that a refund occurs during the commission process, the following is how much you will be refunded,

Sketch process: 70% refund
Line-art Process: 60% refund
Base Color Process: 40% refund
Shading Process: 20%
Rendered/Finished Product: No refund (Unless a mistake has occurred due to my negligence

- If you desire for me to make a character from scratch, I will be charging a fee of $20 for the creation. This is to avoid any free labor being given if my work ends up being stolen.
-Adding an extra character will raise the commission cost, excluding any additional fees.

Returning Customers Discount

-Customers who have previously commissioned me will now have a 15% discount on each separate commission piece. This means that if you order two different commission pieces from me, both projects will be 15% off.

NSFW COMMISSIONS

- If you commission me for an NSFW piece, you agree that you are 18 or older. Federal law strictly prohibits the distribution of obscene materials to minors. Any transfer or attempt to transfer such material to a minor under the age of 16, including over the Internet, is punishable under federal law.
-NSFW commissions will have an additional fee of $30. There is a grey area on what is and isn't considered NSFW, considering I am an NSFW artist. This includes but is not limited to:
